1. When in use, or storage, always keep the cylinder in a vertical position.
2. When transporting the cylinder, always ensure that it is secure, will not roll around, that the valve cannot be knocked open and the vehicle is well ventilated.
3. Never drop the cylinder.
4. Keep the cylinder away from heat .
5. Never open the cylinder valve unless a pressure regulator or balloon filling adaptor has been screwed into the valve outlet. The gas is very high pressure and uncontrolled discharge can cause serious injury.
6. Never deliberately inhale balloon gas. It is an asphyxiant gas which in large concentrations can cause unconsciousness and possible death.
7. Always keep children and animals away from cylinder. Balloons might be toys but cylinders are not.
Operating Instructions:
1. Place the balloon neck onto the helium cylinder nozzle
2. Hold tht balloon neck firmly on the nozzle.
3. Press down on the nozzle to inflate the balloon
4. Release the nozzle when the balloon is inflated.
5. Pinch the base of the balloon neck,remove from nozzle and tie a knot VERY TIGHTLY in the balloon neck.
